Rihanna, Eros Ramazzotti and Ricky Martin live on stage in Düsseldorf

Glamorous entertainment at the award ceremony for BAMBI, Germany’s most important media award, on November 29 will be provided by international top stars.

First to inspire guests with her hot rhythms will be R&B mega star Rihanna. The Barbados-born singer was contracted by successful hip-hopper and producer Jay-Z when she was only 15 years old. She had a global hit with "Pon De Replay" in 2005, followed by the equally popular "S.O.S. (Rescue Me)" in 2006. Her most successful song so far was "Umbrella" (2007) that topped the single charts in Germany and several other countries for weeks.

A special premiere at the gala event: Eros Ramazzotti and Ricky Martin will be on stage together for the first time ever! The two singers will be performing "Non Siamo Soli" from Eros Ramazotti’s new album "e2" released this fall. The 1997 BAMBI winner from Italy came up with the idea of working with Grammy winner Ricky Martin when he wrote the song with typical Latin vibes. Eros Ramazzotti’s last album sold more than seven million copies; Ricky Martin has sold 55 million albums worldwide to date.

Another highlight will be British singer and songwriter James Blunt. Before starting his career in music, the Sandhurst graduate served as a KFOR officer in Kosovo—continuing his family’S long military tradition. With "You’re Beautiful", James Blunt was the first British artist in almost ten years to have a number one hit in the United States. He has so far sold more than 11 million albums. His latest release, "All the Lost Souls", built on the success of its predecessor, debuting at Number One of the album charts in ten countries. In 2006, James Blunt won the Echo for"Best International Newcomer" and was nominated for five Grammy Awards.
