In 2008, Hubert Burda Media and its partners published 261 magazines worldwide, thereof 75 in Germany and 186 abroad. As shown by the media analysis 2009/I, Hubert Burda Media reached 81.7 per cent of the German population aged 14 years or older in the last fiscal year. This solid position on the reader’s market shows the significance of the Hubert Burda Media magazine brands. From a leading position in the domestic magazine market the company is consistently expanding into foreign markets.
